The dreams seem more mundane, and I can't really tell them from ordinary "thinking."
Involuntary thoughts, no longer sticky and simply arising and falling like a background natural rhythm, seem to continue at night as "dreams." When I arise in the morning it is as though I've already been awake and thinking. There's less or even no astral quality or surrealism. I will investigate further. This is an area where not much inquiry has been done that I am aware of.
Right now I am experiencing subtle flow most of the time, sensed best as moving with breathing.
Listening to Adyashanti's 4th session online course, and his insights and experiences of new energy incoming during awakening. His took 6-7 years of decreased sleep, headaches until "equilibrium" was reached.
. When some emotions and distractions arise, it is easy to recognize a contraction that seems centered in mid-torso. Not much in the gut or head. Sleep is normal now, except for occasional waking at 4 am or 5 am with profound thoughts, but this is lessening too. The higher energy and insomnia subsided a few weeks after the Feb 18 shift, which I also see as a loss of domination of my awareness by any "thing."
All of this "body stuff" as I call it has been mild and not resulted in any impairment of function. This is very different to the dramatic blowing-out, burning-up change I experienced in 2000, after 2 years of being consumed by a fire to go all the way.
