January 24: The future is unwritten. Stay in the now, and you will find it.
February 18: I have arrived into the Now, and it is unknowable. The future exists only as a curiosity in the present moment of awarenes. I knew that! But now, I'm experiencing it directly. There's an amazing difference.
February 21: The future is a paradox of the known and unknown. We think we know some of it, because we have well-laid out plans, and the experience that many of our plans or goals in the past have come to reality. But we also admit to the unknown, that it is unpredictable, and even the most carefully constructed plan can fail. The paradox is resolved when one is fully aware of the present moment, because that is where an infinite potential exists. That is the place from which every possible future arises.
February 25: There is no need to speculate about the future because it is empty. The present moment is the place to be, because it is full - nothing is missing.
March 11: The future is part of our unfoldment. So is the past. So is everything, except the present moment of awareness. That is what we are unfolding to.
April 13: The future is a concept that arises in the present moment, and makes its way into a scheduling book.
September 2: The future is something recorded on calendars. It is a delusion held by the mind. It is a dream more ethereal even than the dream we see in the present moment. I don't need it at all, because the freshness and spontaneity of the present inspires endlessly, and is a million times more interesting. What a miracle that we project this illusion of impermanence. It can appear so real.
October 19, 2012: The future exists only as a thought, arising and vanishing, as impermanent as a single breath.
September 21, 2013: the future is a thought that moves across our awareness, always changing, never certain, and unreal.
November 19, 2013: always entranced with the amazing things that will be in the future, now just seeing it as an offshoot of the present moment. The only way to influence it is to act accordingly right now and continue acting in the "right now." Enjoy watching it unfold!
July 4, 2014: the future is entirely now, arising with the manifestation of present moment awareness. What must be done later today or tomorrow is only a thought or image that may or may not guide present actions. Imagining what the future will look like 1 week from now is almost as interesting as 10 years from now, and all of it unpredictable. Staying comfortable (or not) in the unknown.
November 1, 2014: the future has been more clear for some time. It is a thought that occurs in the present. It can not be, in any form, time, or place, anywhere but right now. The thought of it reflects almost endless possibilities!
