Asking teachers about the final duality

The question is "how can we understand empty awareness and bliss, in order to not get stuck in one or the other, and to move on to full awakening?"
I gave various basis for the question.
I spoke with John Sherman today by online satsang, who discussed the needs to move beyond fear, and the need to experience the 1/10th of a second when there is a full awakening that is not an attachment to either bliss or emptiness.
Two nights ago John Bernie said...ha, now I can't remember.
Dorothy Hunt said last week essentially that it is okay wherever we are and that we need to let go.
Nobie Yagi was there and addressed his concept of the idea of nonduality in response.

In general, my impression is that the teachers refer to their basic teachings on the point of awakening in general, and have no deeply examined this paradox of empty awareness v. attachment to bliss. That people get stuck in one or the other for years or decades seems to be acceptable to them and part of the journey. I will need to continue refining my question, perhaps it is unclear or imprecise. My dialogue with John was recorded and I will be able to refer to it.
